We got tired of paying
per teammate.

QlearView started as a complaint. A small consultancy in Antwerp counted up what they were paying for project management — €11 per person, per month, every month — and realised they were spending more on the tool than on their team's lunches. And every time they hired, the tool got more expensive without doing anything new.

So we built the tool we actually wanted. Kanban, time tracking, comments, mentions, two-way sync with the CRM and accounting tools we already used — and a pricing model that doesn't penalise the act of inviting someone. The first 25 seats are free. Forever. That covers a real team running real projects without a single euro changing hands.

We charge when teams grow past 25 seats, when they need our accounting integrations, or when they need the storage and audit retention that bigger companies always do. That's it. We don't charge for kanban. We don't charge for comments. We don't gate basic reporting behind an "advanced" tier.

It's still early. We're inviting customers in waves so onboarding stays human and we can shape the roadmap by what teams actually do with the tool. If that sounds like your kind of vendor, we'd love to hear from you.

How we build

Four rules we won't negotiate.

01

Basics stay free

If a team can't run the tool without paying, the pricing is broken. Free covers a complete workflow — kanban, time, dashboards, search.

02

Audit everything

Every model has a history. Compliance work isn't a special tier — it's how the database is designed.

03

Server-side truth

Permissions live in the API, not the UI. We mirror them in the frontend for ergonomics, but a forbidden call is rejected at the server.

04

EU by default

Hosted in the EU, priced in €, clocked in Brussels. Procurement doesn't have to add asterisks to our line in the spreadsheet.

The stack

Boring on purpose.

Django + DRF on the API, React + Vite on the web, Postgres for everything. Celery for the async work. We pick stable, well-understood pieces so the interesting work happens in the product, not in the infra.
