Why 25

Because the price of trying shouldn't be a budget meeting.

Most PM tools cap free at 5–10 users. A real team of 25 hits that ceiling on day one — and the buying conversation starts before anyone has shipped a single task. We flipped it. Free covers the team you have today; you only pay when you've grown into needing more. Per-seat pricing kicks in from seat 1 once you cross 25, so there's no cliff and the math is obvious.

When is QlearView publicly available?
QlearView is in pre-release. We're onboarding teams in waves through the contact form. Public self-serve signup opens Q3 2026; early-access teams join sooner with a guided onboarding call.
What do I get during early access?
A provisioned workspace at the tier you request, three months free at any paid tier, direct support from the founders, and the right to keep today's pricing for at least 12 months after billing goes live.
Is the Free tier really free for 25 users?
Yes. Up to 25 users in a single workspace pay €0 forever. Beyond seat 25, billing flips to per-seat from seat 1 — simpler than a flat fee with a cliff. Storage is capped at 10 GB on Free.
What's the difference between Pro and Business?
Pro (€6/seat/mo) includes unlimited workflows, custom roles, billable hours with CSV/XLSX exports, Web Push and email digests, and the Teamleader Focus integration. Business (€12/seat/mo) adds extended history retention, audit log export, priority support, and every future integration included as it ships — billed for all seats from seat 1.
How do annual and monthly billing compare?
Annual is the default and is 20% cheaper. Monthly billing is available at +20%. No hidden discounts beyond that.
What counts as a seat?
Any user who can log in to the workspace. Read-only viewers count as seats. Service accounts for integrations don't.
What happens if I exceed my storage cap?
At 80% usage you see a banner and we email an admin. At 100% new uploads are rejected with a clear error; existing files stay readable. You can free up space, upgrade tier, or buy storage overage at €0.25 / GB / month above the cap.
Where is the data hosted?
EU (Belgium / Frankfurt). Tenants are isolated by Postgres schema. OAuth tokens for integrations are encrypted at rest with Fernet.
Is QlearView GDPR-compliant?
Yes. EU-hosted, with full audit history, encrypted token storage, and a DPA available on request. Business and Enterprise plans include export tooling and extended retention.
